Steady and playful flow cultivating strength, balance and flexibility £12 per class or £40 for block of 4 (classes have to be used within 6 weeks of purchase) Please note that when purchasing a block of sessions, you will have to head back to your account to book onto the individual sessions. Your booking will be followed by a confirmation email. Block purchases enable you to purchase 4 classes that must be used within 6 weeks.

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class is due to start, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your class to avoid being charged. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend the session will result in the full class fee being charged.
