Self-Love Club

"I am worthy of love, firstly from myself"

The Workshop

The Self-Love Club is a space designed to help people reflect, connect, and refill their cups.

I really wanted it to be a space where people can spend 2 and a half hours solely focusing on taking care of themselves.

 

Each session is centred around a theme that promotes positive mental well-being, and we explore it through journaling, group discussions, and interactive activities.

 

The activities include tools which are designed to be practical so they can be integrated into daily life. We also incorporate movement with a yoga practice that helps cultivate a strong mind-body connection, followed by a deeply restful meditation.

 

I lead the meditation with reflection on the theme, embedding all we have learnt and moving into total body and mind relaxation.

 

By the end of the session, the goal is for everyone to leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and empowered.

Be Part of a Community

One of the most beautiful parts of Self Love Club is seeing how quickly people are able to connect through their own lived experiences, supporting others whilst supporting yourself!

Push Outside Your Comfort Zone

Encouraging yourself to try new things despite the fear can be a great way to prove anxious thoughts wrong and to remind yourself that YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN DO IT!

Elle was so warm and welcoming. The whole workshop felt like so much time, planning and effort had been put in to the core reason we are all here. The yoga was beautiful and I’ve truly left feeling more grounded and centred. Thank you!
